- A service ticket will be created and a ticket number assigned
- The service coordinator will complete the information required in the ticket
- The ticket will be assigned to a technician
- You will receive an automated email from our service desk informing you that the request has been received, the ticket number assigned and who has been assigned to assist with your request
- A technician will reach out to you as soon as possible
